ㄚ桑終於終於做了sticky date pudding 了
一直忘了帶食譜ㄚ~ 
這張照片是已經吃了一半的了
因為我加太多custard....把整個蛋糕都淹沒了



這是ㄚ桑用的食譜
1 3/4 cups packed pitted dates (about 10 ounces)
2 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 stick (6 tablespoons) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
 
160度~烤35-40分就好
食譜上面還說要加caramel sauce
我沒加~ 懶的做
HAHAHAHAHA
